Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond in a timely manner
- Supply content, approvals, and assets as required
Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Final website designs and code are transferred to the client upon full payment
- Webgeniq retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials
Payments & Refunds
Payment terms are outlined in individual proposals or invoices. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Webgeniq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the project agreement. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
